Vaccinations
All dogs must have received a full course of injections and the kennel cough vaccination at least two weeks prior to boarding with us. A booster injection and kennel cough vaccination are then required every twelve months thereafter. Please note that if your booster has run over you will require a full course of injections and boarding can only commence two weeks after the second injection has been given. Also note that vets will give different opinions on how long injections/vaccinations can run over the twelve month period and we would advise therefore, all injections are kept to the twelve month period to avoid disappointment when booking.
Please note – it is the responsibility of all owners to ensure vaccinations and kennel cough vaccine are up to date at time of booking in. Unfortunately we can not expect boarding of dogs with out of date vaccinations and owners will still be required to make payment in full to honour the booking.

Leaving your dog / dogs in a new place can sometimes be daunting and so we have an ‘open door’ policy in which you can simply turn up to meet us and view our facilities prior to making any booking.
(PLEASE NOTE AT THE MOMENT VIEWING ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY)
Once you have met us and had a walk around our facilities you are free to leave without any pressure to make a booking.

Weekdays, Monday to Friday
Pick Up: 9:00am to 11:00am
Drop Off: 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday
Pick Up: 9:00am to 11:00am
Drop Off: 11:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday
Pick up: 9:00am to 11:00am
Drop off 11:00am to 1:00pm
Please note that all dogs are required to be picked up by 11am on their day of going home. If you are delayed / late or require an afternoon pick up then you will be charged for the full day.
